Jordan Ballam, MBA/MHA, CPA

Jordan began his career in healthcare finance working for 10 years with Intermountain Healthcare, University of Utah, and with a publicly traded company Privia Health. Jordan is a fully licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Utah and enjoys using his analytical skills to help businesses solve difficult financial problems. He currently teaches for the University of Utah School of Business graduate school in the evenings as an adjunct professor and recently published his first textbook chapter as a co-author for a financial strategy textbook. During his time with these companies he designed a productivity-based compensation plan for over 300 physicians and healthcare providers. Jordan managed the medical group's $60 million budget and was responsible for the proper distribution of over $100 million in value-based payer distributions annually. He spent his time with Privia Health reviewing hundreds of financial statements across the country. These businesses ranged from small family companies to large corporations and required acquisition and merger evaluations and financial statement clean-up. Jordan also successfully led a $500 million company GAAP compliant audit in 2022. He has a diverse range of accounting experience and enjoys using his advanced analytical skills to help businesses with forecasting, internal accounting, cashflow management, budgeting, and compensation/benefits evaluation.
